Rental FAQ:
1) Once I fill out
the Request Form, what happens next?
One of our rental
service representatives will contact you to review your radio needs. The
dates, quantity and location will be confirmed to ensure accuracy and
payment arrangements will be established.
2) How do I pay?
Payment can be made
by check or credit card. Payment by credit card will require a Credit
Card Authorization form to be filled out. This form will be supplied by
your Account Manager. Go Communications LLC require that all new
customers prepay for their first rental services. Net 30 accounts will
only be established with customers that Sunny Communications has
developed a vendor-client relationship with.
3) What number

4) Do I need a FCC
license to rent from you?
No. All the equipment
we rent are preprogrammed with approved licensed FCC frequencies.
5) What is a
Repeater?
A repeater is
installed in a fixed location with the intent of coverage enhancement.
Multi-story buildings are covered more thoroughly and dead spots are
removed. The building’s construction, number of floors and the presence
of steel and concrete determine range
6) What is the
talk range of the radio signals?
2-way radio coverage
range is approximately 1-mile outdoors. Indoor coverage varies based on
construction of the building where the equipment is being used. Large
Convention Centers are normally covered within a given Hall. In hotel
applications, at least multiple floors are covered.
7) How many
channels do your radios have?
We own and rent
hundreds of radios during any given week. Over 90% of our equipment
consists of 16 channel radios and the rest have even more channels.
8) How long do
batteries last?
On average Motorola
radio batteries last about 8 hours.
9) How many
batteries do I get with an order?
We always include a
minimum of an additional 25% of the order size at no cost (20 radios = 5
spare batteries). If you require more spare batteries due to the nature
of your event, please note your request in the comment section when
placing your order. |
